Campers are exposed to a variety of Horse Activities. Each day begins with grooming the horses and riding. Other activities include Hoof Care, Veterinary Care, Tack Maintenance, Clipping, Bathing horses, Recreation Time, and Horse Crafts. A second ride occurs in the afternoons before the day ends. At the end of the week parents are invited to watch their children ride.
Weekly Summer Day Camps are offered throughout the summer. They are special interest camps focusing on different aspects of horses.
Camp 2007.
This summer we are offering the following camps at $250 per week. Campers are dropped off each morning at Horses of Course around 8am and picked up in the afternoon about 4pm. Campers are responsible for bringing their own sack lunches, extra clothes, and drinks. Campers should wear boots for riding. Helmets are provided; however, we recommend having your own. Camp SIZE is limited in numbers so we suggest early registration. Each camp accepts only 4 to 8 participants per week.
