We SPECIALIZE in teaching people of all ages HOW to ride and love horses. Our string of 15 school horses are well trained and our teachers are qualified adults with special knowledge in many aspects of riding horses. We value learning and try to make every activity a positive educational experience.
Horses of Course accepts students between the ages of 6 years and 65 years of age. All lessons are given in enclosed arenas. We have a large, well lit indoor arena for evening and winter lessons and an even larger outdoor arena for all summer activities. The arena surfaces are made of a mixture of sand+soil and are kept soft and level with regular grooming.
Horses of Course Riding School is located between Davenport and Blue Grass, Iowa just off highway 61. We are easy to locate and close to all areas of the Quad Cities.
